MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Four (4) subjects at GCE O’ Level/CXC General Proficiency level including English Language and Mathematics
  • At least Two (2) years working experience in a similar position

 

CORE FUNCTION:

The incumbent will be required to complete the necessary clerical work for accurate accounting practices, by calculate the total hours worked by hourly paid employees as assigned, for inclusion in the fortnightly payroll.

 

The successful candidate should also possess:

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of team dynamics
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet stringent deadlines
  • Excellent mathematical ability
  • Strong administrative skills and must be detail oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and must be highly confidential
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent interpretative and analytical skills
