MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors of Science in Business Management, Accounting or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of five (5) years working experience including at least three (3) years at a managerial level in large scale warehousing or inventory management

 

CORE FUNCTIONS:

The incumbent will be required to manage the receipt, storage, protection and issuing of all spare parts and supplies and ensuring that optimal stock levels are maintained at all locations within the Company.

 

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Sound knowledge of materials/management and inventory forecasting.
  • Sound knowledge of the operation of computerised inventory control systems
  • Excellent Supervisory Skills
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Uncompromised integrity and sound judgement
  • Knowledge of equipment and vehicle spare parts
  • Strong human relations and problem solving skills
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite
