JUTC Smartercard – Travel the Cashless way!!
Our Smartercard is a quick and easy way to pay for journeys on JUTC buses. It is convenient and provides easier boarding. Put money on your Smartercard and use it to pay as you go. Balances can be transferred if the card is lost or stolen.
Get your Smartercard at the Half Way Tree Transport Centre, our Down Town Hub or Greater Portmore Office.

Customer Service
A Customer Care Centre was established by the Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) at the Half Way Tree Transport Centre (HWTTC) and physical upgrading of the Customer Service Centre also at the HWTTC as the Company set out to take its customer service to international standards
Cost
We offer the most economic fares to our passengers. There are three tiers to our fare structure – Adults $100, children $30 and our seniors pay $40 dollars. Please note, that the fares for other services to include premium and express services are different.
